Hello again and thank you for visiting my blog. Since you are here, I’ll let you know a few things about myself.

I’m 25 years old and I come from the beautiful and sunny Greece. I left my country a few years ago in order to study Cultural Studies and Sociology in Manchester Metropolitan University. But I’ve always been rather interested in media and public relations so I decided to continue my studies with a different course this time. 

Currently, I’m a Postgraduate Public Relations student at Leeds Metropolitan University. My experience so far has been unique and very challenging. Tutors keep us engaged and motivate us so as to improve. Different modules offer us different knowledge and views of the profession.

Public Relations and New Media is one of the second semester’s modules taught by Richard Bailey and it was actually his initiative to create a blog as part of our assessment. I believe it is a brilliant idea because after all we have the opportunity to learn something new -for those who are ‘virgin’ to this world of the blogs- and for the more experienced on this domain, to improve and keep their blogs updated at all times.
